inclement weather) We limit attendance for your comfort and

Services
The Willows staff will assist the Bride and Groom in planning
their event and help co-ordinate the wedding ceremony and
reception.
We gladly assist in locating ministers, florists,
photographers, musicians and bakeries.
The
rented space is made available from 11:00 AM - 6:00 PM on the event date.
Deposits and Cancellations
Deposits
Full advance payment of rental charges to
secure the reserved date when reservation is made. For
full-house accommodations, full payment is required 120 days
in advance.
Cancellation Policy
The Willows will refund pre-paid rental
charges and full house room accommodations for wedding
bookings, less a 50% fee, provided that at least two months
advance notice of cancellation is given. Pre-paid charges
and deposits are forfeit if less than two months notice is
given. |

family members will especially appreciate the ability to stay on-site
at the wedding location. An added benefit is The Willows Cooking
School professional kitchen, which can easily accommodate any of your
caterer’s needs.
